With our excellent disabled facilities it couldn’t be easier to visit Gyle Shopping Centre.
The Centre is on one level, under one roof and fitted with automatic sliding entrance doors.
Convenient parking: all on one level with no ramps, lifts or stairs to negotiate. Disabled bays positioned near each entrance point and easy access to all entrance doors.
Mobility
The customer service desk at Gyle have a number of manual and electric wheelchairs for shoppers to use.
Please ring ahead of your trip to Gyle to enquire about how we can assist between 10am – 4pm at 0131 539 8392. Once you have booked in, on your visit to us we will need to sign you up to the system if you are a first time user. For this you will need to bring a form of photo I.D.
You can also turn up on the day, but please note they may be booked out.
Toilets
Two unisex accessible disabled toilets are located at the rear of the Food Court area. A further four wide access/ambulatory disabled cubicles are located in both our Ground and First Floor toilets.
Disabled toilets are also available in Morrisons, Marks & Spencer and Starbucks.

Service Dogs
Only service dogs are allowed in the centre.
